Rental Rates and Terms

All rentals are subject to 12.8% sales tax (estimate). The week includes 7 nights, unless special arrangements are made in advance.

There is an additional housekeeping fee and refundable damage deposit for all rentals.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm or later on your day of arrival and checkout time is not later than 10:00 am on your day of departure unless you have made prior arrangements. These times must be strictly adhered to, so that we have time to clean the unit. We will appreciate it if you let your whole party know the check-in and check-out times.

The home is cleaned, and linens and towels are changed before and after each tenancy. All utilities, linens and towels, paper products and soaps are provided. Trash service is provided and all LOCAL telephone service (Aspen to Glenwood Springs) is at no expense to guests. Use cell phones for long distance calls. On slope parking permits may be arranged for a nominal fee.

Reservations are confirmed with our receipt of your deposit. The deposit for each week reserved is 50% of the rental price, plus tax. The balance of the rent and tax is due two months before your arrival. In the event of a cancellation, it is necessary to charge for the time that is confirmed by deposit unless the chalet is re-rented. Please note that any costs incurred as a result of the re-rental will be deducted from the deposit.
